Correct maintenance of your goggles after purchasing is important.
Always wash the goggles in warm soapy water after use. Even if they don’t look too muddy your sweat can destroy the foam around the rim.
If your goggles fog up then you can wipe the inside of the lens with a mix of washing up liquid and warm water, gently dabbing dry with a microfibre cloth.
You want to leave a very thin layer of the solution on the lens as the washing up liquid will prevent them misting up.
